In 2011, Pesach arrived at Mechinat Nachshon speaking almost no Hebrew. With no immediate family in Israel, he spent Shabbat with classmates and their families.
He learned the language with the country. He stayed.
He later served as a lone soldier in an IDF reconnaissance unit.
He did not relate to Israel as an inherited idea. He took direct responsibility for it.
Building
Judgment also comes from building.
He later co-founded Zionists on the Go, a self-funded speaking initiative, and worked at Artlist, finding exceptional creative talent and building systems that could scale without lowering the standard.

The field
Eventually, the instinct found its subject.
Years of family site visits brought him into rooms with founders, educators, municipal leaders, and organizations across Israel.
Through the Morris and Sylvia Trachten Family Foundation, where he serves as a trustee, that work became a sustained practice of site visits, written judgment, allocation decisions, and follow-through.
Israel remains the axis of the work.
